Program Possibilities: The “Un-Super bowl Party”

I can't begin to tell you how tired I am of football or how over saturated the Super bowl is as a program idea. With that said, I have designed an "Un-Super bowl" program for my floor. I live with Performing and Visual Arts majors (students who are typically not too keen on sports) so this is a perfect program for my students, as well as others on campus that want an option other than the actual Super bowl. We will be watching the commercials (clearly the best part of the day) and then playing board games, eating, and hanging out during the actual football game. This allows an option for the day, builds community, and allows for some really fun and attention-getting posters.
