Fun In The Work Place: Goal Fish Buddies

To have some on-going fun with colleagues, select Goal-fish Buddies. Have folks write down a goal they have, either personal or professional on fish shaped paper. Each person then selects one and becomes that persons secret goalfish buddy by leaving notes, little gifts, quotes, etc. to help support that person in achieving the goal they wrote. At the end of the semester, have an informal breakfast in the office and reveal who your goalfish buddy was by presenting them with a final gift.
