Door Tag Idea: Peas in a Pod Submitted by Allison Chandler, Resident Assistant, Miami University of Ohio I made adorable peas in a pod door decs for my residents this year and they all LOVED them. Buy dark green foam paper and cut it into the shape of a pea pod. (Kind of like a banana shape) Then take a lighter shade of green foam paper and cut out a circle (pea) for each roommate. I glued googley eyes onto the peas and cut out big pink lips then wrote their name on the pea pod below each pea. I also glued and curled a 2-inch piece of brown pipe cleaner and two green leaves to the end of the pea pod. These turned out wonderfully and they were easy. I suggest using hot glue and trying to find foam paper with an adhesive backing for the peas--it just makes it a bit easier. Enjoy!
