Instructions: Go to www.worldlicenseplates.com to see the current license plate from each state. Or to www.rtbrandon.com to see blank license plates from each state (there are all the past years on this one). You can either make a plate for the state the university is located or the state where the student is from. If you have international students, you will have to do an Internet search for their countries license plate. Once you know the plate(s) you are doing you can purchase the right color construction paper and markers. Cut out the size rectangle you would like your license plate to be. Then decorate the background to match the plate (it is easier just to write in the name of the state and their slogan, however for the more artistic you can try to duplicate the artwork. Finally, using construction paper the color of the lettering, cut out the name of the person in block license plate style letters and glue it to the rectangle.
