Lava Lamps

Our floor theme this year was the 70's. So, Using silver paper as a base and cap, and white cardstock as the body, I cut out and put together Lava lamp shapes. I then used bright blue, purple, green, and orange paper to cut out blobs and a hole punch for smaller floating pieces of 'lava'. Using a silver paint pen I wrote in the residents names on a large blob of 'lava.' This is a good one to do over the summer for the fall semester as it can be a bit time consuming.
